Introbio was held in the Oratory at the IMAX the first annual meeting of the association Introbio Development born with the aim of contribute to the growth of the country through the promotion of cultural projects carried out in collaboration with other associations in the area.
Participation meeting was below expectations, indicating a relationship with the population still to be consolidated, although probably with other events did not help.
President Gianluca Fumagalli, after having outlined the major activities of last year ( Matching, English courses , Halloween, and Tastes Motors , Country Fest ) submitted design ideas for 2011:
- Training Centre, in collaboration with the Vocational Training Centre Clerici Lecco.
- Construction of a marquee area above the new parking to be built in Piazza Pretoria . The marquee would organize various events in the event of bad weather.
- Accession to the eco-tourism environment Orange Flags the Italian Touring Club.
- New edition of the English courses (and possibly another language).
- Computer courses for children and adults.
- Organization of sports courses (on site was promoted to a survey to assess the interest for different sports - swimming, tennis, cross country and downhill skiing, horse riding)
- Organization in January of a cross-country race through the streets of downtown Introbio.
- Enriching the content of the site also in terms of promoting tourism in the country.
The realization of these projects will certainly entail a major commitment, not only economic but also organizational, why members of the Governing Council urged all members to participate actively in the life of the association.
